With the post-pandemic challenges of welcoming prospective students and their guardians onto the grounds, many schools have found that online virtual open days are an ideal alternative to in-person open evenings.
A virtual school open day allows you to display all information clearly and concisely, while also being continuously available for all prospective students to access at any time. An online open day is covid-compliant too with guardians able to access your view of the school from the comfort of their own home.
Our School Open Evening Package comprises two parts:
A brochure website where the videos will be hosted, allowing for written information and supporting materials to be available at any time and from any location.
And
A series of professionally filmed videos, including an introduction to the school, an introduction to the subjects and ‘Q and A’ videos.
Videos provide a quick and personal way to get information across quickly and clearly. We will produce a professionally filmed introduction video with the headteacher or head of year, a brief tour of the school and ‘Q and A’s’ with subject leaders. We will give scripting advice and provide an autocue to help keep filming on track.
